Does this sub have any credibility?

Yesterday u/DassRaciss posted "Gavin invested his own money in that NY studio and uses it and "Rat" as part of a profit share agreement." Can anyone post an audio or document link verifying this bold accusation? If not, can we unite in agreement that every other past or future post from u/DassRaciss should be considered complete and utter BULLSHIT?
