Follow my passions or pursue a "promising" basic career?

First of all, I'm a 16f, if that matters. I tell myself I need to be a doctor, dentist, etc. so I can live a happy, financially comfortable life. I'm terrible at math, to the point where I can't even do it because of the anxiety, and I'm the opposite of an analytical person. All my life, I've been very, very creative. I have visions of things and I have to create them. I currently make (film/edit) youtube videos and I have almost 12k subscribers. I love being able to put my creativity into something physical and make something out of it. My passions are traveling, nature, the outdoors, filmling, editing, modeling and the fashion industry, reading, writing, photography, etc. In school, I've always been that creative person who always had the best projects and most visually pleasing work. I just can't imagine having a 9-5 job that I can't show my true potential in. So basically what I'm trying to say is, should I pursue a career that I truly love or should I think about what's "demanding" and "promising" like the medical field. If I follow my passions, I'm worried I won't be able to support myself, live a happy life, etc. I constantly feel guilty about being terrible in math and not being able to be as "smart" as other kids.
