Diplomacy mod "MEDIUM" Economy make enterprise always unprofitable?

I noticed that when I enable "Medium" mode for economy on Diplomacy mod, no matter what type of business I setup, after one or two payments it will start to get more and more negative, I saw some business costing me 2000 per week.

There is any way to "fix" this without setting it back to LOW, be it figuring how to "play properly" or editing the mod to disable that particular feature?
