Can you suspend the low prio punishment pool while you're still making reborn playable?

I've been stuck in an infinite loop of low prio games since a week before reborn launch. Getting DC'd during an intense game that i still played on and won landed me my first low prio game cause no one pauses on pub matches [dotabuff] (http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1777946949) then on my low prio game the crash bug made me dc and abandon. And now on my 9th(excluding those not counted) low prio game i had to dc and reconnect due to that uncontrollable hero bug but no one paused and I'm back to 5 low prio games with a 24 hour mute cause of god knows what.
