Help, the screen runs away from me.

Sorry if this isn't the correct place, I checked the other dota subs and this seemed like the best place.

Basically since the patch I have this issue where if I am panning around, pushing the screen with my mouse to look around, the screen seems to stick in one direction and take me way over to the other side of the map.

I'll try and explain it again in case the above wasn't clear.

When moving the mouse cursor to the edge of the screen, it sometimes sticks and moves the camera way off to one side of the map.

Has anyone experienced this and know a solution? All my graphic settings reset after reborn, could it have something to do with that? Its making the game unplayable. I know QQ right?
