Prone my whole life

I just want to post here as I really need the support. Going cold turkey after over 20+ years of prone fapping. Probably used my hands 3 times, ever. Throughout my sexual life I've had a few issues with getting it up, but these problems have become more pronounced since I've been getting older. I think it is finally time to admit that I was addicted to fapping in this manner, and fapping in general.

I have lurked here for awhile, but have decided to post as I'm now on day 23 of my no-fap reboot, and quite proud of myself. I know it will be a difficult frustrating time as I've relapsed in the past, but reading everyone's posts assures me that I'm not alone. Hopefully, in time, I will finally be able to enjoy sex again and not have to worry about things rising to the occasion.
