Antiquated Runes where to find?

So I'm on the quest "Depose the Court," where i need to use Reciprocol, Stolen, and Antiquated runes at Court of Oryx. I've found all but the Antiquated Rune. Has anyone found the Antiquated one, and could help shed some light on where I could locate it myself so I can finish this quest?
