Is this plan safe?

Buy BTC from localbitcoins -> transfer to clearnet wallet -> transfer to darknet wallet -> transfer to tumbler -> tumble to darknetmarket wallet and then buy? I'm hearing people talking about using electrum wallet but is this safe enough? :)
