DHL tracking in the source, no notification, backer 13XXX Ireland Silver PTS

Just checked my portal source and found the DHL tracking number.

Absolutely no consideration for prioritizing early vs late backers - I saw a silver PTS delivered by DHL in Germany to a backer who was 25,000 places behind me in the Q. Mine hasn't even left the warehouse.

Pebble living up their reputation for abysmal customer service.
