Does this get explain in the Amory Wars?

So I have read the Bag On Line Adventures. In them when Coheed is talking in the car with Mayo, Mayo says his children carry the virus and need to be exterminated.

Just finished Volume 1 of SSTB re-release, part 1 of 10, but it does not have that part of the conversation in the car, and it doesn't show how Coheed got the poison or anything.

Am I missing a page/pages? Or does this get explain better later? Or did they just leave details like this out in the re-release?
