How the heck are hourly managera supposed to get training when policy just has us doing simple things?
Returns, bins, counting, walking, stocking, zoning, customer service, etc.
Now we are not doing hourly initial interviews, attending meetings, holding keys, or basically doing anything to help us move up other than learn How to manage a few associates. They just take more and more away while Asms get swamped.
