Lenovo y50-70 (1080p) Hardware ID display driver for evgapixelclockoc software

I wanted to try and see if this screen can be overclocked. Although I need the screen properly registered in Windows via a hardware ID driver. The problem is I can not find it anywhere (hardware id: MONITOR\CMN15C4) The only things Lenovo has on the website is gpu drivers, that's it. Could Anyone help me out?
