Trying not to spam the subreddit, but how do you keep track of your IEPs, 504s, and other accommodations?

I'm teaching 3 sections of the lowest level science at my school. among those 3 sections, I have in the range of 40 SpEd students (nearly half). How do you keep track of it all? I'm only a 2nd year, so I have no methods thus far. I'll be receiving ~95% of my student accommodation packets tomorrow, but it's going to be 150+pgs of reading... What do I need to look for?

Update: thank you for your ideas. It seems my best method will likely be using a bunch of time to draft a spreadsheet for each period listing the name, accommodation, etc. It's a bunch of work, but having something that concise seems to be the majority census. I appreciate your input!
