About the "secrecy" of your reddit account with your friends IRL.
Maybe I'ts because I'm out of the loop there. Maybe it's because I'm simpleminded? But never could get why the users are so afraid of their friends finding their Reddit accounts like they will be put to utter shame. I use this nick everywhere in internet most of the people that knows me most probably relate the nick to me Heck even my mother knows I go by the name of SHK. I don't have much to hide and if someone so willing to learn about me that you want to dig in my comment history you probably could take the easier way and befriend me. I didn't done a trowaway (yet; maybe I'll do one to go "deeper" in reddit just for fun) but have for rule don't talk info that is not "knowledgeable" by talking to me. BTW I have 31 years old and "invented" the SHK nick back in January of 1998 playing games so is not surpirsing even my parents knows about it.
So what will you do if your close ones start reading your post history in Reddit?
