EntertaiNOW not crediting?

EntertaiNOW doesn't seem to be crediting for me today. Whether I use the latest version or the last version that had the Favorites feature, it seems to think I've already gotten my 10 EntertaiNOW SB for today. The My SB page confirms that I have not.

Doesn't seem to be happening with any of the other apps.

Anyone else having this issue?
