Help me find a barber!

Okay so I know that I can use google, reddit search function, etc. but I have not found exactly what I am looking for in a barber and many threads are old and outdated. I am looking for a barber that can do aggressively hipster haircuts (high and tight) with almost a bald fade... That being said I'm trying to find a place (I am in Puxi) to get a nice haircut like the ones I am used to getting in my home country. Trying not to break the bank and trying to go to an actually barber, expat pref but I speak some Chinese so it wouldn't be a problem going elsewhere. Please help me!!! xiexie!
