Kepler's laws of orbits - What are the conditions for a perfect circular orbit?

Kepler's first law says that whenever a mass orbits another mass the orbit will be an elliptical shape. The question I have here is that is it possible to have a perfectly circular orbit? if so, what are the specific conditions(or factors) for that?
