New PC build needed. £1600 budget

My last PC I purchased was £1000 (inc VAT @ 20%) and that was 4 years ago. It's coming to the point where the games I play are starting to struggle at maximum graphics and Star Citizen certainly struggled. I prefer Nvidia and Intel over AMD but if you can argue otherwise that I would be getting more bang for my buck then I'll probably listen. I don't know too much about PC's but I want my next build to be built myself as my first one was a prebuild. The only requirement is that I have an SSD for booting windows (I'll probably buy an additional SSD primarily for star citizen in the future, probably far future, but not at the moment)

£1600 is a rough budget I can go a little over but not too much. I already have windows 10
