No Suros bonus

I have googled EVERYWHERE for the past 2-3 weeks. There is not a single reliable source that would say how the suros pack is delivered to people that preordered (thanks Bungie). I have read on reddit that everyone that logs in on the day 1 will get it. Others said there's a code in the box.

So, no. My LE did NOT get the Suros arsenal, emblem or the shader. Didn't wait at postmaster, and didn't have a code in the box.

I have A LOT people in my group, not a single one got the Suros bonus from a physical LE.

WTF Bungie?

EDIT: NO, They are NOT at the vanguard. Suros bonus should also give me a shader and emblem at the postmaster. I did not get any of it, neither did any of my friends that preordered physical.

PLEASE CAN THIS GET VISIBILITY? BUNGIE CLEARLY SAID SUROS PACK IS FOR EVERY SINGLE PREORDER, MEANWHILE IT SEEMS NONE OF PHYSICAL PREORDERS GOT IT.
