Where can you get or buy stamina tickets?

Is there a trick to get good players?, I've seen ppl with cristiano ronaldo, messi, buffon, etc. Were they lucky os there is a trick to get those black balls?

Is there any way to sim matches on PES instead of coaching by watching the whole match? just sim the result I mean.
