Linus I need your opinion!

Hi. So I been wanted to make my own pc for years, but now I started to plan out my pc. I want I cheap but great performance to play mmorpgs (mainly tera) and so far (with a second opinion of another techy friend) I have this in my "blueprints":

CPU: intel i5 4430 MOBO: Z97 Asus LGA 1150 GPU: Nvidia GTX770 ( I like nvidia more than amd ) PSU: Corsair 750m [ 750 watts ] ( friend told me to choose 750watt psu but I think is overkill? ) HDD: 1TB seagate ( I think it was 7, 500rpm? ) RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gB ( 2 x 4GB ) DDR3

I wont post case and other accessories cause is irrevealant for the moment. Please help and thanks.
