attention cmdrs! Do this when you get stuck while docking + taking dmg!!!

Last night I tried to dock in an orbital while flying a conda, accidentally hit some part of the docking bay and could not get unstuck. My ship was shaking uncontrollably, while taking insane amounts of damage. Initially I panicked but then decided to calm down.

Down at around 35% hull i tried to log out. It seems that i was not in combat, even though I was taking damage. It worked and upon relog I was positioned outside the orbital. I paid around 100k for damages, but that was a very small cost compared what i could have paid instead.
