Anyone else don't like these empty patches?

I mean, in last patch we had literally 0 changes. I thought it's just because Riot want to let people play more reworked champions and get more data for next patch. But in this patch we again didn't get almost any changes.

Out of everything they only touched GP a little bit but he still will be banned a lot and will be strong.

What picks and bans and I'll see today in soloQ? Of course it will be Rengar, GP, Fiora, Darius, Mordekaiser, Elise and maybe Vayne/Tristana/Kalista. What has changed? Literally nothing.

Balance team, can you please at least play your first 10 ranked games in this season and do your work? Thank you.
