What are the risks of working remotely from India as a employee (full-time) of foreign company?

I'm a Mobile Application Developer & I've been offered a full-time employment by a european start-up to work remotely from my city. How's it like to work from home for a foreign company? What are the risks in terms salary, taxes and work life?
