Need to come up with a reason why i cant drink

Hey guys, so ive got a case of bacterial prostatitis, which was caused by an std, the doc said i would have to take antibiotics for a month and it would clear it up, I was taking bactrim about a week into taking the medication i started to get an allergic reaction, i haven't gone back to the doctors yet, also for the reason ive had my cousins wedding come up in which i know i couldnt get away with not drinking, also i have gotten dragged into a trip to vegas where i will have to drink, is there any other medical reasons i can give to my friends and family why i would be taking antibiotics and unable to drink? i dont want word to be spreading around that i had gotten a std.
