We do model rocketry workshop in schools and colleges in India. We are Rocketeers India.

Hello, we are Rocketeers India, an education startup and we conduct Model Rocketry Worskhops. We are 3 workshops old and have had a decent start. What we do is first have theory sessions where we teach students basics of Rocketry and all the governing physics. We then have build sessions where students build rockets from the kit we provide. We then have a flight session with proper launch pad and remote electric ignition system. Next session we allow students to design and build their own rockets from scratch. We then have flight session for same. We are now at infant stage and have bigger goals in mind. It mainly includes changing ways of education with more practical approach. Since this is first time in India at open public level it will take time to establish as a brand. Right now we use simple black powder motor (a variant of gunpowder) and high burst factor paper for the rocket. We have plans to improve on that design too. Here is the link to our facebook page Rocketeers India and you can watch some of the videos of the launch here. More images from the workshop here. We welcome your suggestions and any comments regarding our venture.

Greetings from the team and keep up the Rocketry spirit.
