Razer Deathadder not being recognised by Windows 10 at startup

So recently I have been having issues with my deathadder. When I boot up my PC the deathadder doesn't light up. If I unplug the mouse and reconnect it it lights up but doesn't work straight away. Any Ideas as to why?
