How to meet new people as a 30 y/o?

To start of, I'm a very introverted guy who don't really have a lot of friends. But the few friends I have are friends for life. Had a couple long relationships then didn't date for a long time anymore taking a breather from all that and currently still single.

Recently it's getting harder and harder to meet my friends due to everyone being busy with work. On top of that I started my own business two years ago which is eating up all my free time.

Due to no free time for 2 years running a business alone is starting to make me feel lonely. I love my work so it's not a problem, but occasionally I would worry about meeting new people or even finding a girlfriend.

To add some more drama to this I'm starting to like one of the good friends which developed over time. I haven't tried anything as I have no idea about her thoughts and I do not want to ruin our friendship.

So what is a good solution to put myself out there and meet people? And what am I supposed to do with the friend?

Obviously there are no correct ways to handle this but I'd love to hear your guys thoughts.
