How is the Arjun?

An indigenous Indian MBT. Apparently it performed better than the export T-90, according to India. I've also heard it being called 'pathetic' and 'a way to save face'. All I hear are comment praising this tank and people doing the opposite. I would appreciate it someone with real info and an unbiased opinion told me how it really was.
