Veterans never whinge, but this bothers me a bit

I am a first day first year player. Actually I am a Beta player too. I was grinding for pleasure almost on a daily basis, cause in my line of work you should have some kind of steamblowing vent not to go postal. I know that nobody made me do this, but come on? All my gear is rendered useless. My "year one Suros pack PRESENT" has to be purchased. Any newbie can get better gear at a blink of an eye. That’s sucks' guys.

The game is great, but come on, be more deсent with oldest customers?
