Prime Minister's Address

I would like to sincerely thank President u/mysterioussir for entrusting me with the heavy responsibility that comes with Prime Ministership. It is my sincere desire for a fruitful and productive tenure with you, Mr President, and together, I believe we will restore Russia to her rightful position as a global superpower.

"My open palm has turned into a fist"   - "Kukushka", by Victor Tsoi

This man is of the opinion that Russia's best days are still ahead of her, and will work tirelessly towards realizing such a future for future generations of Patriots. For a millenia, the Slavic peoples of the Earth have withstood adversity of all forms: famines, invasions, occupations and persecutions. Our forefathers have braved such trials, and indeed it is a feat every Russian should be proud of. Yet, we must not be mistaken, this struggle against those who seek to destroy us, those who seek to control us, is still ongoing.

When the Soviet Union fell to her knees, when the Communists dropped the baton onto the track of history, we all expected the West to aid our fledgling democracy, to work with Russia to integrate her with the rest of Europe. Yet, what we got was a stab in the back, a betrayal. Instead of disbanding NATO or admitting Russia into it, they expanded it, establishing military bases ever closer to our sovereign borders. Instead of increased diplomacy, they actively combat whatever holdover influence Yeltsin's Russia possessed, bombing Serbia, overthrowing Milosevic, occupying Kosovo, staging Color Revolutions and admitting former Soviet States into the European Union. While liberals and Anglophiles thought "Oh, this is in order to bring about democracy", recent events clearly indicate that this is not the case. Yanukovich was democratically elected wasn't he? At this moment, hundreds of millions of Europeans are forced to live under legislation composed in Brussels, written by unelected bureaucrats whom the people have, short of a gun, no way of removing.

Do not be fooled, they are strong, very strong, but with all of you working for the betterment of Mother Russia, we will be stronger.
