I've been playing BCEN for a while now (about 4 months) and I was backing up my game when Helium failed and I ended up losing all my data. Luckily, I have my inquiry code. I already sent an email Ponos support. My question is should I expect to get my data back or should I face the facts that my 8 ubers all went down the drain?

I was in the exact same situation as you. I e-mailed them and I got my account back within a day or two. PONOS has a really good customer support group. If they haven't replied to you in a day or two, check their website. Their customer support may be down because of a Japanese non-working holiday or something. Oh, if you get your account back, you should try to back-up your save file onto your PC. Helium can do this as well. You can Google for instructions. I've done this myself as a last resort kind of back-up plan.
PO(r)NOS usually seems to deliver, from what I've seen from people who lose their file. The best thing is that you kept your inquiry code. Good luck on getting your file back!
