Some questions about Eesti

Hi! I'm thinking to move to Eesti next year, on summer. I'm from Brazil, 18yo and I'm studying Information System. I dont speak Estonian, only Portuguese and not too bad english. It's easy to me move to EU cuz I'm a Italian citizen (but I live on BR). To move to Eesti, I gonna left my graduation, cuz the brazilian graduation isn't too useful and I think to work with IT, the graduation isn't tooooooo important. My plans are first get a job like bartender, salesman.. I don't have any experience with IT work on companyes, so I need to practice more before look for a IT job. The main question is: It's to hard to found a job as a bartender, salesman, deliveryman, in Tallin/Tartu? How is the burocracy to get a job? If i have the opportunity, I gonna try study there. I need to pay for the universities or all of them are free? Have an especial exam for foreigner? So, I'm little confused about rent a apartment. It's easy? Expensive? I'm looking on KV and city24, but i'm still confused. And the last question finally: It's too hard live on Eesti only with English? Of corse I gonna try to learn the local language, but it's spend time. Thanks for the help. If I remember another question I add on comments. =D
