Observation: Alliance Battle schedule is a weekly cycle (just like daily missions)
So I have observed the entry conditions for alliance battle everyday since the implementation of v1.5.1 update (even though it was suspended for a whole week), and come up with the following observation:
From 7 Oct to 17 Oct, the entry conditions are: female, villain, no restriction, combat, blast, speed, universal, female, villain, no restriction, combat. So I can assume that the Alliance Battle schedule is a weekly cycle (just like daily missions as well as bio convertors).
I summarize all in-game features that are bound by the weekly cycle below:

Weekly reset falls on this day, at 8 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. KST. You may play Alliance Battle 2 times on this day, one before the weekly reset time and after the last daily reset, and one after the weekly reset and before the next daily reset.
