Updated Beer Festivals List

UPDATE: 11/30/2015 - I'm resubmitting since the last post got archived and I want folks to be able to submit comments to help keep this list updated and accurate.

Please add any I've missed down in the comments.

I don't include festivals held by a single bar or brewery (e.g. Brouwer's Sour Fest).

An event without a specific date means it has already occurred this calendar year and the organizers have not yet confirmed a date for next year, so I just list the month in which the event has normally been held.
