Communication 10/10 amazing with response times, even when asking stupid questions (yes i asked a dumb one)
Price x/10 they were free. Normally they are $150 USD so a little steep imo. If I had bought it I would say 7/10 price wise
Shipping 10/10 Stealth was all that you expect for domestic.
Template 9/10 Couple of tiny things I noticed being a resident of OH, bars/clubs I would be skeptical of using but anywhere else I think I would be fine.
Photoshop 8/10 Looks perfect with the exception of the background, my actual OH U21 is a bit lighter but the backgrounds vary from depending on where you got your license.
Scanning 10/10 Came up correct on BCS
UV 8/10 It's all there, can't really compare it to any others but they could be better, will post pics when able
Holos 10/10 Holos are vibrant and pop when waved which is perfect.

EDIT - After the name mishap it turned out it was in fact a mistake on their part (despite my speculation as you can see in the comments), they sent new ones and I received an email saying because they did not want to rely on the post to get it to me by the time I went out of town so they dropped $40 to send it to me express. Truly amazing CS, never had a vendor spend money on me over a free ID! Can't wait to get them!
