the lost is getting buffed so theres not much point to doing it now.
True. Is he getting spectral shot and d6? I was wondering If I should wait to finish boss rush and lamb or wait for afterbirth. The downside to the expansion is the item pool will be diluted with more items.
the items might be better for the lost, as a whole. who knows?
Possible, but I don't think much can top 9 lives and the item that gives you a free hit per room.

I beat the Lost with dead cat, gnawed leaf and contact damage items. Literally entered rooms and afk'd until room ded. I fucking hate the Lost for making me play that way but at least it's over.
