Hello! I am a new player in the Destiny community, and first off, I want to say it is fantastic. The community is really supportive and has helped get into a game genre I have never enjoyed before.
I play on the XBox One, and starting yesterday, I have been unable to use the Crucible. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting network systems and routers, but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

Crucible will be available at level 5.
I should have mentioned that I am lvl34
Ah. If you can make it to your character selection screen, your internet is fine. When you click on the red Crucilbe circle on main map, all options are closed off?
Only he ones that require Taken King. I am still able to select the first three.
Is there a red bar on the top of the tooltip indicating a missing requirement?
There is a red bar, but it only says that the system couldn't find a match for me in time.
