The great sinking

it's dripping from the ceilings
it's underneath the floor boards
heard it coming yesterday
twice daily from shore and back

it's ruined all my paintings and
pieces of paper i saved
that annexe for my best thoughts
now they're all floating away

it's underneath the floor boards
it's dripping from the ceilings
with the wolves in the walls
and the undead sailors souls
