Separating DMT/NMT

Hey all!

I have been doing a lot of research before I try my first extraction. I decided that I am going to use acacia confusia for my plant due to high DMT content and much lower cost than hostilis. However, it is about a 50/50 DMT/NMT mix. I understand that smoking DMT in conjunction with NMT can be better than DMT alone, however, 50% NMT content is higher than what is recommended for mixed doses. I have searched the nexus and other sites and have found little information on how to isolate the chemicals. All i found is something about using carbon dioxide to form carbonic acid to precipitate DMT but not NMT? and people saying to use chromatography. however I would rather not go the nuclear route right off the bat. Does anyone know how I can separate DMT from NMT?
