I've seen a ton of people saying it could've been blank in the episode 6 thread but someone else posted a screencap of the letter having contents. So the most plausible is that it's a math quiz.

I think it was a cheezy "I love you letter" because so far every single female character that arraragi encounters thats not a lesbian falls for him in some sort of way.

I don't think the point of the letter was about its contents, but that there was something in the letter at all. Araragi said that the empty letter from 7th grade was like him: disappointing. The fact that the new letter had contents means that Araragi didn't let her down this time.
I agree and this is the best answer i've heard.
