The dark deep

This poem is in response to a poem I really liked a few days ago called "on the way down". I randomly scribbled down during chem lecture... Cheers to ya mate!

Falling, Falling deep
the light is coming.
I think I'm asleep?

It all, It all flashes
before my closed eyes.
Will I now be reaped?

There, There it is again
booming echoes of the gun.
All I can do is weep...

too dark,
too deep,
six feet down,
is where I weep.
