Hey, so I've been getting kind of annoyed by all of the quests that have been created by the Minutemen Radio. I also ultimately only care about my settlement in sanctuary. I was just wondering if anyone has found a way to leave the Minutemen. Thanks for the help.

I don't think that you can leave the Minutemen, as such. But ignoring their quests doesn't seem to have any detrimental effects, except Preston being disappointed in you. Then you can just avoid going back to talk to him in that instance.
