I wanted to show this server to my sister. But she cannot join the server because she is banned for Multi-accounting? I dont know why she is banned because she has never even been on the server. If someone could tell my why this is i would appreciate it. Jermed

Ps: my account name is jermed and my sisters account is Zalyna.

Alts are not allowed on CivEx so the server banned your sister assuming she was your alt account. I have unbanned her and it shouldn't be an issue again.

Yeah I had the same issue when I tried to get Luke to join. Cause we were on the same wifi it thought he was an alt of mine.
