Remedies sought: Immediate injunction ordering the removal of libelous material

Grounds on which the remedies are sought:

1. Castlemaine Tooheys Ltd v South Australia (1986) 161 CLR 148 : Unfounded accusations made present an irreparable injury which common law damages could not compensate for.

2. An opportunity is needed to confer with counsel to make a full case for Libel however in the interim irreparable damage is being done to my personal reputation.
