Trade in payoff proof

Just got off telesales phone, switching from verizon I owe around $480 for my S6 and the rep convinced me to switch by being able to pay off the full amount, rather than the 350 regularly. I asked for in writing, but she said the website switch2tmobile will take care of it.

Should I be concerned?
