Doubt about partitions on ssd and HDD

HI Guys, I'm new here and I came with a question, I got a 128gb ssd and I'm planning use it to install mint 127.3 from 0. I have a 160gb HHD too, im messed with the partitions, I hope some of you could help me. Should I create swap, "/" and "/home" on the ssd?
