First date with a girl at the movies, will she be expecting a kiss?

I'm going to the movies and want to know if she'll be expecting a first kiss, should it be during the movie or afterwards, or both? Should I hold hands while getting the tickets, during the movie, after, or multiple times? After the first kiss, what do I say/do? Do we kiss again, do I say she's pretty tonight, or do we go back to watching the movie?
