Looking for clan that has +18 year average and allows girls to enter(who is currently only 1301 silver)

I so far main Orion(have to buy him once the new rota comes).

2nd favorite is Brynn and 3rd(which I have yet to test/play) should be Ember, because many around silver can't really play her well and I wanna be better with her than the rest.

I've only recently started(last week) so there is lots of potential sleeping within.
