Help with Build

Some friends and I are looking into building a rink big enough for 4v4. Any ideas for dimensions for that?

Secondly, I've been shopping around for liners. I've seen people on here mention using silo liners which seems like a good option, but I'm not sure where to buy them. Any suggestions for places to look?
